Construction plans are reviewed to ensure that your project complies with all applicable building codes. All new construction projects, additions and most renovations or repairs, require plan approval before you can obtain a permit.
Who reviews the Plans?
The plans will be reviewed by our State certified Plans Examiners that are licensed in multiple trades and have years of professional trade experience and code training.
