Report Description
This report shows Permits that have a Final or COed status and whether or not a Certificate of Occupancy has been issued for the Permit.
Issue of Certificates of Occupancy (CO) is always required for all new occupancies of types BR, BM, BC, AC and RC by the Florida Building Code, Section 110. COs may also be required for other types of occupancys or scenarios as defined by the same section in the code.
